My son had a great experience for his first visit they were so inviting and allowing him to be part of everything they did and he enjoyed that thanks again for allowing my son 1st experience to be a great see you in 6 months .

Love this place! They really make kids feel welcomed and comfortable instead of scared or nervous. ❤️ My son felt so much more at ease, and that means everything to me as a mom. I will say, there was one staff member who widened her eyes at another coworker like she was annoyed because he was crying. He had never had an X-ray done before, so of course he was nervous and scared. I noticed it, but I let it slide because my main focus was making sure my son was okay and comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience, and I really appreciate how welcoming they were to him!

I will never bring my children back to this dentist ever again as long as they live. Do not bring your children here. These people are unprofessional and do what they wanna do when it comes to your child and they do not allow parents to go in the back with your child a few months ago my child was complaining of her bottom, two teeth hurting in her mouth, so I took her to smile starters and I was told that she could get crowns around her teeth that was bothering her. They told me to come back within a few months, which was today to get the seals on her teeth this new lady called her to the back and called me to the back at first and she told me that it was her two top teeth and I said no it’s not her two top teeth. I said it’s her to bottom teeth. That’s been bothering her so the lady said to me that well when she reviewed it it was my daughter‘s to Tati so me trusting her word I allowed my daughter to go back with her 30 minutes later my daughter was ready, so I thought maybe she just got her teeth cleaned and the ceilings around her teeth to prevent cavity. My daughter top teeth was gone out her mouth. I asked that lady I said what have you done and why is my daughter teeth out he

If I could 0 stars I would. I am removing my children from this office as of today. The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. There is no organization and no sense of time management in this office. They do not do a good job cleaning the children’s teeth and are not kid friendly at all. Having a 1 year old and 10 year it would make sense to have their appointments on the same day and a close time- however I was told they do not accommodate my schedule. Wow!! The receptionist is the absolute worse when it comes to the unprofessionalism and rudeness! Extremely disappointed and would advise against taking your children here.

When I tell you Ebony and her coworkers went above and beyond for my daughter, they truly deserve a pay raise. They exemplified the highest level of care, compassion, professionalism, and dedication throughout her treatment. From the moment we arrived, they made sure my daughter felt comfortable, supported, and cared for. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. In a stressful situation, they brought us peace of mind and treated us like family. Thank you, Ebony and team, for your exceptional service and for making such a positive difference in our experience. You are truly appreciated!
